[ooc] Ding, I did just level, but like Cadic's I'm not sure if I level immediately or what. I changed my stats in my character sheet, let me know if I should be something different... I will post 2 actions, one is if I level, the other is I don't.[/ooc]
Pierce grins widely, showing all of his teeth, "glad you could join us, wouldn't be a real party with out more to join in the fun." He then flings out his hand at the remaining southern skeleton send out a harsh blast of energy.
cast blast of force, 11 + 4 = 15 ranged touch, 10 damage, DC 17 Fort Save or be knocked back 15 feet (hitting the wall and therefore taking an additional 8 (2d6) damage).
EDIT: Just noticed Deej's post, so I took out the "without leveling" section.

Now only faced with one skeleton, Arnik brings his guirsarme up level with the creatures head and attempts to slide sideways past its driving speartip and ram the glowing tip through the creatures head. Light sprays forth from every cavity in its decayed skull and as Pierce's force blast slams into it, Arnik dashs by the skeleton to the pedestal, grabbing up the rod in a gauntleted hand and dashing back over to the man, hand outstretched.
[OOC: All Manuevers granted, will refresh next round Standard Action Foehammer + Stone Power (2) Attack Roll -> 16 + 7 -2 = 21 to hit Damage Roll -> 6 + 15 + 4 = 25 damage and ignores DR Martial Spirit Heal -> 2 to Arnik (Since everyone else regains max HP when they level) Move Action -> Walk over to the Pedestal and pick-up the Rod then if possibe finish my movement next to Pierce. Temporary Hitpoints [4/4] Health [25/25] Delayed Damage [0/5] XP [5,900/6000]

TURN 14 Morik manages to bash in the skull of #1 as Pierce's force blast knocks #3 into a wall and shatters it. Arnik is able to reach the rod, and as he grabs it, is informed that it is a Rod of Lordly Might. (Lucky bastards. I rolled high on the d%). #2 drops his spear, moves, and picks up the nearby greatclub (provokes twice). Three new skeletons appear (1,3, and 4) XP Awards: everyone: 2 kills - 600XP Arnik - bloodying a foe - 100XP - retrieving an item - 100XP Pierce - killing blow - 100XP Morik - killing blow - 100XP Wen - nothing this round. BEGIN TURN 15

Wen will take a five foot step towards the East wall while firing an eldritch blast at #2, if #2 is dead by then it will be at #3 instead. ranged touch - 9+4 = 13 to hit; damage 5+5 = 10 total damage

"Ach, More baddies to the west laddies. Looks ta be two more skeles." Slamming his axe into Skeleton number two as it tries to move past him to get to the great club, he swings again at the thing, hoping to take it down quickly. After he swings he will immediately take a 5 foot step southwest (putting him at (1,0) I believe).
If #2 isn't dead after his second axe he hit he'll call out as he moves. "Somebody blast tha one would ya? I gotta deal with tha new guys!"

Also, I'd like to put out there that I think I could probaly get the most use out of the rod, knowing what it is. I can make good use of the +4 Battleaxe aspect of it, and its healing/harming function would give me a bit of healing (where Arnik already has his maneuvers for healing.) Just wanted to put it out there. If you guys think someone else could get more use out of it, thats fine.

Upon retrieving the object, his usual look of stoic determination is replaced by a broad smile. He takes a moment to remove the crystal and then drop his guirsarme to the ground and reaches down to push the third button on the mace. He waits for a moment as the rod transforms into a twelve foot long spear. He then inserts the crystal into the longspear.
[OOC: I replaced Charging Minotaur with Mountain Hammer at 4th level. Manuevers Readied Since I have leveld -> Mountain Hammer, Foe Hammer, Crusader's Strike, Leading the Attack, Stone Bones. Manuevers granted this round -> Mountain Hammer, Crusader's Strike, Leading the Attack.
Standard Action -> Press button #3 on the Rod of Lordly Might, transforming it into a +3 Longspear. Move Action -> Remove and place the weapon crystal into the Rod of Lordly Might. Swift Action -> Change stance to Iron Guard's Glare.

@morik: you do not see any more enemies at this time
@arnik: not that it matters a whole lot, but unless you have a feat or class feature that says otherwise, changing a stance is a swift action.

TURN 15 #2 is badly wounded from the barrage that hits him, but not quite down. Everyone seems to get a new friend this round, and unless I am mistaken, only the one that moves in towards Arnik provokes. The newcomers all swing greatswords at you. Arnik is the only one who's armor protects them this round. Pierce takes: 15 Morik takes: 6 Wen takes: 8 XP awards: Arnik: nothing this round Pierce: nothing this round Morik: bloodying a foe - 100XP Wen: nothing this round BEGIN TURN 16

Wen will eldritch blast #2 again if it is still up by his initiative, otherwise, he will blast #3 and five foot step to the East again.
Ranged Touch Attack 8+4 = 12 to hit; 4+4 = 8 damage. (huh, overall step down in attack and damage that time. lol)

Arnik stabs at the skeleton as it approaches him, aiming for the shoulder joint in an attempt to disarm the skeleton. His battle with skeleton forces him to give up ground as he retreats next to the mage, swinging the spear back and forth at the relentless creature in a flurry of deadly blows.
[Manuever granted this round: Foehammer. Manuevers Granted -> Mountain Hammer, Foe Hammer, Crusader's Strike, Leading the Attack.
Attack of Opportunity -> Strike #4 Attack Roll -> 9 + 11 = 20 to hit Damage -> 3 + 6 + 7 = 16 damage

Taking such a serious hit only seems to annoy Pierce, as he glares at the enemy that struck him. Taking a step back the gem around his neck glows yet again, and three shards of energy are released from his hand as he casts the spell.
Pierce takes a step back (3, -4) and casts magic missile, dealing 13 damage.

[ooc] ok... before I take my turn, I want to point something out that may change a few things. Not sure if this would change what 1 and 3 would have done, but you seemed to have forgotten the fact that I moved down and left one, which puts me at (1,0).... really not sure if that would have changed anything. I'll wait for confirmation before I post my actualy actions. Of course, if for simplicities sake you just want to say I never took the step, thats fine too I guess. just let me know so I know where I am and whats going on.[/ooc]
