Knowing arrows do little against swarms, Thet pulls out vile and tosses it as the swarm, trying hard not to hit the east men.

Hak easily resists the locusts (10+9=19), even making a comment during their swarming; "As one door closes, another surely opens... even if it must be forced." He then quickly strums a few chords, and attempts to slow the Sphinx as his music takes a tangible form and attempts to weigh the creature down.
Initiative 4+2=6 Will Save DC19 or be slowed. (If I need a ranged touch attack here, 15+11 = 26 to hit)

Turn 1: Initiative Order: Irestil Thet the Tinkerer Kang Xi Jia Ahmet-Mose Kuruanpu Hak on Fung [red]Khubsheth the Prophet[/red] Kang's Sonic Might Shout pierces the spell defences of Khubsheth, shaking the androsphinx violently, but not at full effect. One of the citrines laying near him fractures, sending splinters of orange gemstone flying in all directions. Thet tosses his splash weapon into the swarm of locusts, narrowly missing his two companions, the swarm disperses for only seconds before reforming to continue their onslaught. Kuruanpu pleads with the Sphinx, whom gives him only the slight nod in respect, but then rears back his head and lets out a mighty bone-shaking sonic roar of his own. Knowing that the fight is inevitable, the heavy armor appears instantly over his travel clothes. Drawing his flail, he motions Mino into the fray. The undead minotaur lowers his horns and charges across the red earth directly into the fray. Irestil looks hesitant at first, waiting for someone to tell him what to do. Hak continues to strum a slow dirge on his harp, but as soon as Khubsheth looks to be slowing down, the androsphinx shakes himself back alert and the magic fades against him. As everyone closes against him, he swipes out with powerful claws against his foes.
He made both saves against the magical effects. The swarm took hefty damage from the splash weapon, as it seemed more effective against them. It continues to hover around the two musicians. The biting locusts are not organized enough this round to injure either one of the bards. Everyone needs to make a Will-Save as his roar frightens you. You may add any modifiers from the paladin against fear spells.Mino takes 41 points of damage from a claw attack. Someone please post Irestil's first two actions as well. I will be posting again late tonight, as I am considering this what I should have posted before I went to sleep last night. We adopted a dog yesterday as well, so I was exhausted

Irestil uses one of his rounds to Howling Wind the swarm off of us.
Kang's next action repeats casting a Sonic Mighted Shout at Khubsheth while Hak and he perform loudly.
Will Save: 19+11=30 Perform (can double as my concentration check): 6+27=33 Damage: 31 Structural Damage: 19d6 = 68 (I feel like Sonic Might would add to this too, I didn't add it before, 48 dmg if you think it doesn't) Deafness: 5 rounds Spells Remaining: 4/7/5/4/3/4 Bardic Spells: 13/15 HP: 57/57

Irestil quickly moves over to the musicians drawing his scimitars. Once close to the swarm of locusts, he points Desert Wind in their direction and sudden blasts of wind clear away the foul vermin. The swarm is pushed back 60 feet away from Irestil and takes 14 nonlethal damage. [ooc] Good idea Joe [/ooc]

"They never go quietly..." Hak smirks and begins slowly strumming up another tune on the lap harp he and Kang are both playing on, arcane energy weaving into his fingers as he begins to cast another spell of greater potency (Channeled Sound Blast pg99 Complete Mage) for a full round before releasing its force expending the music with it (using, Sonic Might) resulting in 10d8 + 5d6 points of sonic damage in a 30 foot cone that he aims to just catch the sphinx and not his allies, using Extraordinary Spell Aim to shape it around anyone caught in the cone if they are still in the way after he angles it. DC21 Fort Save for half.
Damage: 64 sonic Will Save: 13+15 = 28 Perform: 14+24 = 38

Ahmet-Mose, realizing that the talking isn't going to help at all, smiles up at the Sphinx and lays into the creature. He brings his hammer around in a powerful side swing, following it with a shoulder charge from his shield, bringing the hammer around on the backswing for a strike, and then raising it over his head and bringing it down hard with a powerful overhand chop, settling himself in for the creatures rebuttal.
Attack 1 (Hammer): 18+25= 43 Attack 2 (Shield): 18+22=40 Attack 3 (Hammer): 5+20=25 Attack 4 (Hammer): 20+15=35 (Possible Crit) 15+15=30 To confirm
Hammer: 2d6+14+1d6(Cold) Shield: 1d6+6 (+1 Con damage)
Damage 1: 29 (4 of that Cold) Damage 2: 9 (1 Con Damage) Damage 3: 25 (1 of that Cold) Damage 4: 23 (4 of that Cold) If Critical=46 (8 cold)
Total Damage (If crit confirms)= 109 damage (And 1 Con damage)

[ooc] Kirrnodel and Cadic, if you guys are within ten feet (which I think at least Ahmed-Mose is) of me you get the +4 bonus to fear saves from my aura[/ooc]
The Prophet's roar washes over Kuruanpu, serving only to buoy the rising anger in his chest. The fear of death holds no place in an Deathblade's heart. With the battle fully met he commands Minos to press the attack as he moves to support Ahmed-Mose and strike against the sphinx.
Minos: Full Round Attack
1st attack: roll of 11 -3d6 + 14 = 27
2nd Attack: roll of 16 -3d6 + 14 = 27
Kuruanpu:Draw shield, 5 foot step forward, Standard Attack
Flail: 1d10 + 3 + 5 + 1d6 (fire) Crit: 19/20 x2
Attack: 19 + 20 = 39 (Possible Crit) 19 + 15 = 34 - 8 + 3 + 5 + 1(fire) = 16 + 1(fire) and 3 + 3 + 5 + 5(fire) = 11 + 5(fire) /21 + 6(fire) total if crit ____________________________________________________________
[ooc]By Jordan's request I'm also ghosting Nate.[/ooc]
Thet lets loose with a volley of arrows.
1st attack: 17 + 19 = 36 (possible crit?) 17 + 2 = 19 (prob not sorry) - 1d8 + 2 = 3 and 1d8 + 2 = 5 / 8 if cirt
2nd attack: 17 + 6 = 23 - 1d8 + 2 = 4
3rd attack: 17 + 16 = 33 -1d8 + 2 = 10

Irestil easily chases off the locust swarm for now, Desert's Wind causing them to be blown far away from the two muscians. Ahmet-Mose wavers in the face of the roaring Sphinx, and it is only the courage and resolve of Kuruanpu that allows him to maintain his position without fleeing in terror. He delivers a series of blows his hammer and shield, missing only once and his last attack catches Khubsheth off-guard, dealing additional damage. His blows, however, do not seem as effective as he would have believed. Hak and Kang ward off the effects of fear as well as anyone, but their ability to cause harm to the Sphinx seems limited over the next few moments, Kang's Sonic Shout simply disperses about the Sphinx as if he is protected by some kind of spell resistance. Hak's spell manages to pierce the resistance, but does not damage him as well as one would hope, the Sphinx's hardy constitution allowing him to avoid the brunt of the assault. The minotaur's attacks merely glance off the hardened skin of the Androsphinx, which pays it little attention as the battle joins. Kuruanpu, shaking off the effects of the roar easily, manages to land an attacks inside the creatures foreleg, cutting away some of the tender flesh with his flail, but neither the fire nor the heavy flail itself does not seem to affect him and some unseen force prevents his blows from doing full damage. Thet fires his bow awkwardly from his flying carpet, none of his arrows managing to hurt the Sphinx in any noticeable way. The Sphinx, in response, begins to mumble once more, and defensively targets the two spell casters and the dual-wielding warrior with a column of flames which appears out of the sky, descending quickly upon Irestil, Hak, and Kang. Irestil's feels the impending inferno and quickly rolls to the side, supernatural reflexes enhanced by his ring. Hak and Kang, quicker than the first appear, avoid most of the damage.
Hak and Kang each take 11 Divine and 11 Fire damage (Total 22 each). The Sphinx is beginning to look moderately wounded. Turn 3 up. Let me know if there are issues with the map, I did it quick.

Kang grins in concurrence with Hak's choice of magic. "Perhaps a little more meaning is needed..." he sings, as he fires a full round Sonic Might Channeled Sound Blast (extraordinary spell aim to go around anyone in the way, see perform check).
[ooc] Did the impacts seem to damage the Sphinx at all or did the damage seem to relate to the damage dealt to the structure around it? If the latter, I will obviously change my action. [/ooc]

(Assuming here, that since I have two Weapon fighting, that I can pretty well fight Ambidextriously. If that is not ok, let me know.)
Ahmet-Mose noticing his weapons dont seem to be doing as much damage as they should, decides to rely on a slightly different Tactic. With a strong upward swing, he slams his shield up into the creature, Holding his hammer in his other hand to keep it out of the way, followed by a downward slam with the edge of the shield, before tucking his shoulder in behind the shield and shoulder charging into the creature, shield first.
Attack 1 (Shield): 16+24+2= 42 Attack 2 (Shield): 11+19+2=32 Attack 3 (Shield): 17+14+2=33
Hammer: 2d6+14+1d6(Cold) Shield: 1d6+6 (+1 Con damage)
Damage 1: 10 (1 Con Damage) Damage 2: 9 (1 Con Damage) Damage 3: 7 (1 Con Damage)
Total Damage= 26 damage (And 3 Con damage)
Edit: Edited in a +2 to each of my attacks, because Irestil goes at the top of the Init order, and he moved to flank the thing. Disregard if that doesn't happen for some reason.

Irestil quickly moves across the field, moving gracefully across the sands then twisting quickly and fluidly through the legs of the sphinx. As he ducks down and tumbles, he slashes with his scimitar at the "prophet's" exposed stomach. His blades twist and block incoming attacks with superior agility.
Moves Straight North to the other side of the Sphinx
Tumble Full Speed Through Opponent's Square: DC 35, Take 10 + 28 = 38 (Success)
Attack: 4 + 23 + 2 (flank) -4 Fighting Defensively = 25 Damage: 4 + 4 = 8 damage
AC +11 (9 Fighting Defensively + 2 Desert Wind Defending)

With a vicious growl the quick anger of Kuruanpu's race bursts forth as he attempts to deliver a flurry of blows; wholly unafraid of the Prophet's looming presence.
Full Round Action:Attack
1st Attack (Highest BA) 23 + 18 = 41 (threat) 23 + 17 = 40 - 1st dmg : 8 + 4 + 1(fire) = 12 + 1(fire) - 2nd dmg: 8 + 6 + 2(fire) = 14 + 2(fire) Total dmg : 26 + 3(fire)
2nd Attack 13 + 19 = 32 (threat) 13 + 4 = 17 -1st dmg : 8 + 7 + 1fire = 15 + 1(fire) -2nd dmg: 8 + 4 + 4fire = 12 + 4(fire) Total dmg: 27 + (5)fire
3rd Attack 8 + 20 = 28 (threat) 8 + 17 = 25 -1st dmg : 8 + 3 = 11 + 5(fire) -2nd dmg: 8 + 1 = 9 + 3(fire) Total dmg: 20 + 8(fire)
[ooc] Wow, I swear all those crits are legit. The wizards dice generator must just hate the Prophet. I have screenshots. ;D [/ooc]
