Vice, now in range, surges forward with his scythe, spinning and swinging it in motions that convey years and years spent training with the weapon to allow him to attack unendingly with it despite its odd shape. He brings it to bear on the man still standing, leaving the one on the floor to Kannod.
ATTACK 9+25 = 26 11+20 = 31 1+15= 16 [fail confirm roll: 14 safe!] 17+10 = 27
DAMAGE [Vampiric/Vicious amounts listed after damage. Vampiric damage in red, remove if enemy is nonliving] 3+3+6+2+1+8+12 = 35 (Vice regains 1 HP and deals himself 1 if it hits) 4+1+3+2+6+7+12 = 35 (Vice regains 6 HP and deals himself 2 if it hits) 4+3+3+5+2+5+12 = 34 (Vice regains 2 HP and deals himself 1 if it hits) 1+1+5+6+5+5+12 = 35 (Vice regains 5 HP and deals himself 6 if it hits)
HP 158/196 (depending on if vampiric lands)
[Note - even if the man is not in range for anything but a charge attack, Vice uses Malign Fury to make a full attack in addition to a move action. Also, every enemy (and for Vice, this includes everything but immediate allies) within 20 feet needs to make a DC26 will save or be shaken for 1 minute due to Dreadful Wrath (since Vice made a Full Attack).]

Not one to take risks, a shield of force appears before Davroar, warding off his foes blows. Then, through the smoke, Davroar lets the subtle pull of Wyvernfyre guide him. He moves so quickly that he appears as a spirit passing through the fog settling over the tavern. He stands before the older mage, a sly grin raising the left side of his face. He lets the arcane power in his body surge into the Falchion, he draws it down with ease across his foes torso, arms, and then jabs it towards his exposed face. After his attack, he continues moving around behind his foe to provide a flanking opportunity to Vice.
[Swift Action: Cast Shield (Abjurant Champion: Swift Abjuration)] [Arcane Strike: Expend 6th-Level Spell-slot, All attacks this turn at +6d4 damage] [Standard Action: Cast Greater Heroism] [Full-Round Action: Bounding Assault; Move into range and strike twice (Giving up one attack for the additional standard action)] [1st-Attack: 18+41-10=49 to hit] [1st-Attack Confirm:4+41-10=35 to hit] [1st-Attack Damage: 1d8(3)+4d6(15)+6d4(13)+42=73 damage if non-confirming; +1d8(6)+2d8(7)+42=128 damage if confirms] [2nd-Attack 7+36-10=33 to hit] [2nd-Attack Damage: 1d8(4)+4d6(9)+6d4(14)+42=69 damage]
[Continue Move: Does not provoke AOOs]
[Wyvernfyre delays, but if the man seems on the precipice of dying, he will come out of delay to finish him off]

The two men, both heavily damaged from the series of brutal attacks from the swarming of their enemies, look at each other and grin. "Well folks," The younger one says, looking right at Vice. "Its been fun, but we don't feel like falling into too deep a sleep right now. Would hate to fall into such a crappy Dream." Looking over at the other one again, he jerks his head in a 'this way' motion. "Cmon bro. We got better things to do than protect this dive." And with that, the one in front of Vice, the younger of the two, disappears. The other one, the older of the two, who is lying on the floor in front of Kannod, Shrugs and smiles at Kannod.
Kannod notices a purple glow suddenly appear around the man, getting brighter by the second. His quick eyes, and fast reflexes, give him the opportunity to leap away, diving behind an overturned table just before the shockwave of Eldritch energy blasts from the man. When the dust clears, the man is gone, and the area within 5 feet of where he was is cleared of all debris.
The cleanup of the rest of the bar goes fairly simply, as no one else puts up anything more than minor resistance.

Kannod dusts himself off and asks the group, "...and they would be...?" He exchanges a look with Vice and then exits the bar. "I'm going back to base." Kannod takes a brisk jaunt back to the conference room. If law enforcement gets in the way, Kannod dim doors to a shady spot 400' away and continues traveling.

When the cleanup is over (and no 'survivors' are in earshot), Vice approaches Morpheus and anyone familiar with him can tell he is in a foul mood; which, for a black knight, is quite an accomplishment.
"Nightmare Lord," he whispers, leaning close so that the whisper is only an echo when it escapes his helmet, barely audible even to Morpheus, "the plan has failed. Two of the people here, I believe them to be the Cedrich and William Trather of the Sons of Anarchy, identified the attackers positively and escaped via teleportation. Either the illusions failed or Thoughtkeeper failed. Either way, the plan is utterly ruined, we have done naught but property damage and slaughter. They know definitively it was the Dream Syndicate behind this attack. I will now carry out my and Kannod's plan if you wish it, I may be able to salvage it from this wreckage."

Davroar twists the hilt of Wyvernfyre, quieting the twisted thoughts running through his mind in telepathic communication.
"It is their word against ours, Vice. Let us see though, if we can add one more voice to the scales of justice."
Wyvernfyre leaves the presence of the falchion and drifts down to possess one of the most intact fallen Sons of Anarchy. The corpse then rises and proceeds to stride out the door and spread the call for help in finding and detaining the two brothers responsible for this heinous crime. He is often heard mumbling, "Oh, what could they have hoped to have gained from this..." he will also say things like, "The cowards, killing their allies and then fleeing before help could arrive!", and also "I'm sure they must have gotten a better deal, from the Fists, or someone else. Always greedy and power hungry, those two. Hmph, I was almost swayed by their demonic lies as well, as silver-tongued as they are."
He will talk to anyone in the area who will listen, spreading the rumors as he does so. If he comes across anymore Sons of Anarchy, he will tend to avoid them, counting on how quickly news of something like this would spread from the general population or other factions.

Vice actually laughs: "Their word against ours? Why, who in their right minds would take ours? An organization based on the manipulation of others over one that favors a brutally direct and chaotic approach? Let's face it, no one would believe they'd concoct such a scheme nor would they believe us as not[/i] concocting such schemes. Now I go, if your plan works, all the better... I must say it lends weight to your cause that we would live survivors... as I, Vice, never leave any... though none of these bodies are very convincing living creatures." he chuckles again, pointing to the one he sent staggering off talking as it is bleeding from multiple chestwounds (from the arrows, as the rest of the bodies were severely mauled according to the DM when I spoke to him). Now I must enact a plan of my own. Be wary if you see me again before the Nightmare Lord informs you it is safe." Vice then turns and steps out of the building, walking out to a nearby alley and two large black smokey bat-wings emerge from his back, overly large and imposing, their wingspan and height impressive even by Vice's large size. He flaps them once or twice experimentally then quickly takes to the skies with them, immediately closing in on Kannod to speak with him.
"I go... are you with me or shall I possibly find you again on the other end of my scythe at some point?"

Kannod, sprinting over buildings and through streets, looks up at Vice and stops. "We going with the plan I devised earlier? Good. I hope you got consent from the NL. I'd hate to have our plan undermined by our own team. Anyways, I'm in..." Kannod grins, "...not that you could hit me anyway." Kannod grabs hold of Vice's leg if he is to continue flying, or if he lands, takes a turn towards Anarchist territory.

"More of a mix of our plans, you're free to pursue your mercenary work, I'll simply enact what I had in mind. You may wish to run away quickly when I land and you're welcome to spread the rumor that I was dissatisfied with the way the Nightmare Lord handled that recent mission and therefore left his service. Anything you would like me to carve into my victims or seek from various factions? I still smile at your ideas of loyalty and free will; I believe I would be happy to help someone who shares my sentiments so thoroughly."
With that, Vice will indeed allow Kannod to hop up and grab hold of a foot, carrying the painted monk effortless along. "Hopefully the Nightmare Lord sends some of his minions to try and return us, it'd lend credence to this ruse when I butchered them..."
With that he heads towards the SouthEast Quadrant, unless Kannod would prefer he drop him elsewhere, he lets Kannod off on a nearby roof and then peers over the edge, looking to identify a member of the Hands of God. When he finds one, he leaps off the building, using his wings to buffer his fall and charges the individual with his scythe, slicing them in half diagonally from shoulder to thigh with a single deft swing as reaches them, showering the surrounding individuals with blood and gore before looking around for another target (and using great cleave to attack any nearby civilians, doubt I need to roll for them).
Attack 20+27 = 47 to hit, possible crit (confirmation roll 14+25=39) DAMAGE [Vampiric/Vicious amounts listed after damage. Vampiric damage in red, remove if enemy is nonliving] (minus crit): 2+2+4+1+6+8+12 = 35 (Vice regains 6 HP and deals himself 2 if it hits) (crit): 126 damage (2+3+3+2+1+4+2+2)+(1+3+5+1+5+3+4+2+6+1+3+1)+(6+3+7+8)+48 (Vice regains 11 HP and deals himself 6 if it hits)

Out of nowhere, a stark naked goblin comes charging in. This creature seems to have no belongings except a Masterwork Katana. It's blinding 200'/rd speed is terrifying as it charges directly for Vice. The whole time it seems to be yelling, "BIRTHDAY! BIRTHDAY!! BIRTHDAY!!! BIRTHDAYBIRTHDAYBIRTHDAY!!!!" It continues screaming this in a surprising impressive voice for a goblin, and then gets scared of Vice and runs off mumbling something about "What a terrible idea that would have been!! This game is full of those!!" in between screaming, "BIRTHDAY!!!"

As Vice drops from the rooftop, his wings flair behind him, blotting out the sun momentarily. The poor soul who vice has picked out as a target, looks up to see what the sudden darkness was caused by, and has just enough time to see the demonic visage of Vice in his black full plate, with wings spread out behind him, before the skull motified scythe bears down upon him from shoulder to hip. As Vice lands with a heavy thud, shaking the ground slightly around him, his Victim stands there for a moment, seemingly untouched, staring at the horifying figure before him, before suddenly coughing slightly, blood pouring from his mouth, as the top half of his body suddenly shifts and slides down, landing next to the slowly collapsing bottom half with a sickeningly wet 'thump'.
Spinning his scythe, he quickly decapitates two nearby civilians, using the motion send blood spraying everywhere off of his scythe to clean it, before looking around menacingly for a new target. The crowd, that had been dead silent in stunned shock up until now, suddenly starts screaming and running in every direction, shop keepers slamming doors, bolts turning in their locks, store fronts disappearing as the store owners knock the tent poles out, and general pandemonium ensues.
What does Kannod do during all of this? What is Vice's next move? No other targets of opportunity are readily apparent in the chaos, besides random commoners, who are making sure not to get anywhere near Vice, even in the bustle, unless Vice makes an effort to close the distance.
What is everyone else doing? The Tavern has been very effectively obliterated, and no one seems to be anywhere near it. The street nearby is deserted, except for the possessed body of one of the dead guys, who is shambling off as best it can to find a populated area. And while you used the least mangled body you could find, not many people are going to think that the man is living of his own volition, what with the two bleeding arrow wounds in the man's torso.

Kannod sprints off toward the Anarchist sector. Once there, he slows to a casual stroll and looks for active troops of over factions. If engaged, he throws down. If not, he goes further and further towards his best guess at the headquarters of The Sons.

Vice shouts loud enough for the whole street of panicked people to hear: "Executioner Vice is free once more! Let terror rule the streets until a new master can direct my blade once more!" and with that his wings pump and he leaps into the air, carrying him away from the street and back over the buildings as he finds an isolated roof (preferably a higher up one) to stand, perched up there to watch the chaos ensue, knowing that the Hands of God won't ignore such a direct affront. "Now," he whispers quietly, "to see if there is a hunger for destruction in the various factions. Will a new master step forward to attempt to direct the Grim Harvest? Or will their bodies aid my lord all the same? Only time will tell... I do so hope one of the good factions seeks my service... that would be deliciously conflicting." Vice makes some kind of face inside his helmet that no one sees. He waits on the roof out of sight to see what the results of his carnage are [if nothing happens, which I sincerely would be surprised by, then he will eventually depart].

Just to reiterate my lost action in case you didn't see it Nick:
Vice circles with the new opponent on the roof, talking the entire time but not attacking until he is swung at first. "Hahah! I knew you'd come over this way for me... now tell me... did you seriously come to fight Black Knight Vice alone? Or are your allies on their way? Still, perhaps you should ask why I did something so clearly foolish... why didn't I flee farther... why did I attack a target I knew you could so easily heal? Come on, you have to be curious... this isn't something that the Nightmare Lord, my former master would condone is it?" Vice stresses the 'former' part to hopefully peak the man's curiosity. Vice is, after all, planning to convince these people he no longer works for the Dream Syndicate.
"Come on, must we have this conversation over blades or can you accept I haven't attempted to gut you yet and therefore there's more to this than it appears?"
Init 4+1 = 5, delay until attacked, then attacks back (will roll if that winds up being the case, but I doubt that as one lone person probably wouldn't willingly engage Vice without backup, just check my intimidation and the auras that augment it!), also, I have tremorsense going out to 60 ft. so I know if he has backup coming up through the building or along nearby buildings etc.

"You talk too much for someone so intent on a fight." The man, and indeed it is a man you realize after he speaks, says while continuing to circle you slowly. His eyes are locked on you, never pulling away, as if he is watching for something important. One thing you do realize after a moment......this man doesn't exist according to your tremor sense.
"You didn't flee further because you are full of self assurance that no one could possibly defeat you. You attacked the man to invoke our wrath and to send a message." His eyes seem to glint with mirth for a moment. "And you did something so stupid, most likely because the puppet master you work for thought it a good plan....like most of his ideas."
Nodding his head once, as if affirming something, the man suddenly reaches up and unwraps his face, letting the veil hang down across his chest. The man has flame red hair, cropped very short except for a ponytail in the back. His face is clean shaven, and his eyes are a light grey in color. His features are those of a young man, maybe in his late 20's, but hardened from a life filled with danger. Smiling at you, he salutes with the spear in his main hand. "Maybe some other day we will dance the spears Vice... until then.. watch your back." With that the man takes a step backwards, dropping off the side of the building, which his circling had taken him near.
