"The reason this will work is because absolutely no one will expect it, it goes right along with how random and violent the Fist of Darkness is, and because I am orchestrating it. Vice, you need to have more fatih in me than that. I am not simply going to pull out a make up kit and power you all." Morpheus stops for a second, then shakes his head laughing slightly like he just thought of a funny picture. "Now, do all of you have ways of fighting in a cloud of fog? If not go now and meet me back here as soon as you can. GO!"

Muertos closes his red eyes and mouths a few words. He reopens his eyes and they are completely black.

Vice remains standing there, already able to fight perfectly even without sight.

[ooc] Think a ring of x-ray vision would work? [/ooc]

[ooc] I appologize for my lack of posting. Been busy. But I'm back. Again. [/ooc]
Keris smiled at the plan. "That's right up my alley. Consider it done. Anything else?"
If no one says otherwise, Fade makes her way out of the room to begin her part the plans.

[ooc] Having no DM response, I decree that x-ray will see through fog. [/ooc]
Kannod cracks his knuckles and takes off at a dead-sprint for the bar.

[ooc] Sorry, But I have been waiting on nate for several things (And still am), but I should have answered your question about X-ray vision. Yes, it will see through the fog, however, in a combat intensive situation, it will give you penalties to hit and to your AC (A -2 to each). The reason for this is that the X-ray vision, while allowing you to ignore the fog (within 20 feet of you) will also see through the weapons and armor of your enemies, making it difficult to catch sight of weapons swinging towards you, and harder to see exactly what kind of armor your opponents might be wearing.[/ooc]

[ooc] Lol, a 17th level monk can't anticipate that a guy with his hand closed around an invisible tube making a swinging motion is swinging a weapon at him and that a guy who's clothes he CAN see must have another layer on? I guess it's better than -8, but that's weak. [/ooc]
Kannod arrives at the bar unless stopped in the street, and opens fire when he sees smoke. Until the smoke, he goes in, has a beer (assuming no one inside looks like they are there to kick his ass), and carefully makes note of the weapons and armor of the patrons, negating any lame combat penalties he can foresee.

[ooc] Yes, you can tell that the guy with his hand(S) closed around an invisible tube making a swinging motion is swinging a weapon at you. However, think of it this way. In a combat situation, you see exactly that. A guy with his hand(s) closed around an invisible tube making a swinging motion at you. You have exactly half a second or so to: Decide exactly how long/broad you think the thing he is swinging at you is, decide the best way to block/dodge something that you can't see, and then execute that maneuver. Without ACTUALLY being able to see the weapon, you don't know if its a long thin stick, if its a paddle for a boat with a broad end, if its a sword that you can't use your arms to block without getting cut. You don't know if its short, long, pointy, sharp, etc. And that is therefore going to slow down your reaction time. No imagine EVERYONE around you in a large scale combat situation is like that. Its going to make things more difficult.
Same thing for armor. Sure, you know he has another layer on. But is it metal? Leather? does it cover his entire body? Where are the gaps in it? does he have a helmet on? Again, going to slow your reaction time down, especially in a large scale.[/ooc]
You reach the bar and have a beer. No one currently seems to be looking at you any more than at anyone else. Everyone does seem to be armed for the most part, at least with a dagger if not with a sword of some sort. Around the bar, several card games are in progress, copper, silver, and even a bit of gold in piles in front of the players. Off in one of the corners, a dice game seems to be going on amongst some fairly shady looking characters. All in all, not the nicest bar around, but far from the dumps.
[ooc]Spot check please[/ooc]

[ooc] Much less important than the length/make of the weapon is the body mechanics behind it. Karate and other equally archaic martial art will preach one defense to one attack, but any style that has evolved with the times will preach one defense to one angle, regardless of weapon or style (everything from my high right is blocked the same way). The defender's goal is to not get hit, period. Throwing my arm in front of any weapon would be ridiculous when I can step in and put my fist in front of the guy's forearm or get out of the way entirely. LoL, if I were anything but a 17th level monk, I wouldn't even hesitate to take my penalty. But considering the improved grapple, improved unarmed strike, improved combat expertise, and deadly defense, I'd like to think my character is pretty solidly aware of body mechanics. As for armor, I'd have to punch through it if I could see it, right? Why penalize me when I can't see it? Are there feats that can make you do better if you can see armor? Analyze Weak Point or something? Are we playing with called shots? I mean, if it's that big a deal, I always aim for the face, since I can do that if I see there armor. Regardless of either, I have time to drink a beer, so I have time to case the place. What skill do I roll to memorize weaponry and armor? [/ooc]

"Well it looks like everyone is ready to go. Who wants a make over. Abra Kadabra Hocus Pocus!" With these final words everyone in the room suddenly looks like different. Most appearances are messed up, wild and crazy. Everyone except Fade. "Fade, go do your job. Make it good and make it quick. Though keeper, be ready to recieve a retreat order from me. Everyone else, if you want ot get out of there quickly, you will find as fast as you can once you get the message. Now everyone, reachout and touch me. We're going bar popping." Morpheus then cast greater teleport to just outside the bar. He and everyone with him look like members of the Fists of Darkness(I think thats the name). "Cover your ears boys, this may be loud!" With that Morpheus casts Cacophonic burst into the first floor of the bar. Then while cackling maniacly he yells, "Go! Kill everything inside." Morpheus then casts Draconic Polymorph on himself, and turns into a babau. He then runs into the bar and starts slaughtering anyone he sees.

Vice strides into the bar and with deft precision, spins the Grim Harvest around before bringing it up and through the skull of a hapless bystander, pinning them to the ceiling after impaling them from the chin to out of the back of their skull in a shower of gore. He then uses his tremorsense to locate however many people are nearby. (range of 60 ft.)

Davroar leans against the wall next to the door, reaching into his breast pocket for a thin, handrolled cigarette. Using mage-hand to float the tip of it through a candle on a nearby table, he returns it to his lips, taking a long drag of whichever substance happens to be enclosed in the paper. He holds it with his left hand, blowing smoke out of his nose. His right hand is at his side, resting casually on the hilt of his blade. If anyone attempts to flee out of the front door, or enter unexpectly, he will cut them down without a second thought. Oh, and time seems to go very slowly for Davroar, as he hastes everyone.
He gives up his extra attack every round from haste to take the second standard action to smoke his cigarette, flick the ashes, and then continue his onslaught. Its not tobacco, its medicinal.
