Quite honestly having been spacing out here recently, mostly just following the group, the new conditions seem to shake him out of his stupor as he raises his head from the book he has been reading. "Hmmm.. Seems to be quite an inhospitable place."

Jecht sees it before anyone else, and Warshade hears it before anyone else, though it quickly becomes evident to the others:
Warshade hears a low rumbling, as though something is unceremoniously removing itself from the ground as though the endless depths of ice meant nothing to it. You also hear an odd and arcane chanting coming from it.
Jecht, you see a creature that is clearly aberration, an offense against normalcy rise from the ground: roughly spiderlike, the similarity ends at that, the monstrosity is nearly 50 feet tall, its main body sits near the apex of its height, a roughly spherical shape dotted with eyes that all seem to stare blindly and are hazed over with a milky shade. You get the distinct feeling it is still staring directly at your group, however, as three long grasping claws and six tentacles tipped with slavering jaws all face you, the creature's "Front" near as you can guess. As it surfaces you see distinctly three of the mouths are 'mouthing' some words of some kind.
When you can all see it, in six distinct voices it speaks to you in a voice so disgustingly civil and collected you almost want to close your eyes and pretend you're talking to a very wicked human. "Are you lost... little creatures? Surely you could use my assistance... let me... help you! I'm ever so good... at helping!"
It's strange emphasis on terms leaves no doubt it wishes you nothing but misfortune and seems all to eager to bring it to you, yet it is still speaking and not simply attacking, so you feel it will at least hear you out... or attack mid-discussion, you're not quite sure yet. The creature is, however, palpably evil, and you can sense the taint of Omega energy upon it, whereas Paeltoath was no doubt strong enough to resist it, this Shivhad (pg 152: Frostburn, if you can make a DC 45 knowledge dungeoneering check) gave in long ago to those energies and has been mutated since then.

As the creature unceremoniously removes itself from the ground, Warshade prepares by casting Stormrage (should last for 25 minutes, plenty long enough to last even while it arrives). If there is any additional time, I could also cast Greater Visage of the Deity, but it isn't as vital... I also move up as far as I can in that time.
Upon its arrival (as I assume that we aren't going to bother reasoning with a creature so hopelessly infused with omega taint) I will continue floating up into the air another 40 ft. (a move action). "No, I believe we have found precisely what we were looking for." His eyes glow, and he fires off a blast of electricity (a standard action).
Attack Roll: 17 + 24 = 41 Ranged Touch Attack
Damage: 34 Electricity
You mentioned before that we recognized a Shivhad from the description, I wasn't sure how much we would know, but I presume the general size and the Glacier Bond is fairly important information.
EDIT - Init: 20 + 11 = 31

"So we're doing this? That's more my style!" Jecht rushes toward it, preparing to climb the tainted beast.

The creature recoils back from the electricity but then lunges forward with two of its claws towards Warshade swinging with its front left claw first and Warshade realizes as it passes by him (barely missing him) that this creature's omega energy has manifested in the form of antimagic fields around the end of each claw. As it misses, his magical effects are suppressed and he falls 30 feet away from it before they reactivate and catch him in mid air. Fortunately, the creature's insanity is very apparent as it swung at where Warshade would've been if he had not fallen as though the creature is completely unaware of his own antimagic capacity.
It is now Jecht's turn.
Init order is - - - Warshade, Monster, Jecht

"Antimagic, huh? No Problem!" Jecht surges forward, leaping high into the air to grab onto one of the creature's legs, then climbing to its main body, well away from the claws.
Touch attack to grab on: 17+23=40

Warshade continues moving up and away from the giant beast, and casts Energy Drain, being sure to avoid its claws and his ally...
Attack Roll: 18 + 24 = 42 Touch
(2d4) 6 Negative Levels
(Moves 40 feet diagonally up and away)

The creature seems totally unfazed by the negative levels, surging forward (and into Jecht's path, allowing him to swing up onto it's body), one swing of a claw (its mouth attacks curiously not happening, something you notice as unusual) connects hard with Warshade, hurling him through the air away from it in a downward angle. Jecht, it doesn't seem to notice you at all, its ire directed entirely at Warshade to the seeming exclusion of all else.
Warshade takes 87 damage from the clawstrike, his magical resistances do not apply for the blow and though given from an omega creature, there is no taint pouring into the wound.
If you fly directly up your next round you will be out of its physical reach at this point.

Jecht secures his position and begins to hack at the beast's body in a blur of motion.
[assuming we are in an antimagic area, these numbers are correct] Using Blinding Speed. Attack1: 2+40=42 Attack2:14+40=54 Attack3:10+35=45 Attack4: 4+30=34 Attack5:15+25=40
Damage1:2d6{5}+2d6{6}+10=21 Damage2:2d6{5}+2d6{3}+10=18 Damage3:2d6{7}+2d6{20}+10=37 Damage4:2d6{11}+2d6{3}+10=24 Damage5:2d6{5}+2d6{12}+10=27
The weapon is +5 starmetal, if it matters.
[DM NOTE] - The creature only exudes antimagic effects around its claws, meaning that striking its body your weapons are still fully magical. Essentially, the effect is limited to bypassing magical armor/resistances to being harmed. [END NOTE]
[Player Note] Edited for magical effects [End Note]

Moving up and away from the creature, Braska calls flames forth on it, engulfing the back half of the creature so as to not catch Jecht.
Init:2+4=6
Lingering Flames (Searing Spell): Reflex Save DC 30 for half: 5+5+4+3+1+5+4+3+6+3+2+4+5+4+3=57 damage Half=28

Warshade will spend the round moving away from the creature to be out of it's reach, but only by 5-10 feet.

The creature angrily starts casting a spell, you are able to easily identify Absorption (spell compendium), oddly though, it's multiple mouths seem to cast copies of the spell on itself, three mouths are seen casting Absorption, the other three focus together onto one spell. There is a sudden surge of force and Jecht takes 71 of destructive energy (no 'type', just a surge of power).
Spellcraft DC 43 to recognize it just cast the epic spell: "Let Go Of Me". Braska is at the end of initiative, it is now Jecht's turn. Warshade, Monster, Jecht, Braska.

Jecht rages, and redoubles his assault. (using aura of invincibility) "The body is soft, ATTACK!" [+2 morale to attacks and saves]
Using: Blinding Speed. Power Attack 20. Heedless Assault 5. Arcane Strike 15. Avenging Strike (5 uses)
Attack1: 2+50=52 Attack2: 9+50=59 Attack3: 18+45=63 Confirm: 8+45=53 Attack4: 12+40=52 Attack5: 8+35=43
Damage1:7d6(29)+15d4{44}+60+23=156 Damage2:7d6(26)+15d4{44}+60+23=153 Damage3:7d6(49)+15d4{60}+60+23=192 CritDamage: 4d6{15}+60+23=98 Damage4:7d6(19)+15d4{44}+60+23=146 Damage5:7d6(25)+15d4{63}+60+23=171
The weapon is +7 starmetal, if it matters. Total is 916 damage, and I'm pretty sure they all hit. :-D

Contemplating the spellcasting that just occured, Warshade ponders for a moment, "well, we'll just have to find something to do about that"
In the mean time, his eyes crackle with electricity and he fires off a bolt of energy,
17 + 24 = 41 Ranged Touch Attack
Damage: 43 Electricity
This is all assuming I have not moved more than 100 feet away from my target, if that is the case, then I may be rethinking my action.

"Wretched curs!!" several mouths bark at you, some in odd languages, it attempts to pry Jecht off of itself but it seems to reconsider it before it tries and quickly begins descending out of sight into the ice howling in pain from the numerous deep strikes from Jecht. Braska and Warshade lose sight of it, Jecht, you manage to cling to it* even as ice and snow pummel you. It will require grapple checks under the ice to keep fighting the creature.
*unless you choose to let go.
