History: As a child, Deadeye was the runt of the litter. Growing up in his quarter (the Lawful Evil one) was tough. To rise up in the ranks on the streets, one needed to be strong, but there was nothing imposing about him. When he got fed up with being picked on all the time for being small, he focused on developing the one strength he knew that he did have: his psionic heritage. His father had tried to train him to be a Psion, but he couldn't manage to manifest anything more than a force screen. Though his father had given up on him, Deadeye persisted in his meditations. Eventually, after enough experimenting, he discovered that he could manifest a blade of pure psionic energy. He was still beaten up on occasion, but his newfound talent was enough to rise above 'bottom feeder' status. He continued to explore his gift. One day, while practicing throwing it, its form changed as he manifested it to that of an arrow. It was a strange new development, but he immediately saw its potential. He had already taken jobs as a hitman before this. Being able to smuggle an undetectable weapon anywhere, even inside anti-magic areas is quite the valuable talent. Being able to eliminate a target with it from across the room and then fade into the chaos is even better. After a few years and training under a Kensai, he did a hit for <insert Nate's faction here>. He performed well enough to get repeat business, and then a permanent position with nice benefits. He's been there ever since.
