I recommend that everyone read the player's guide front-to-back. it helps!

I read the guide. I am not bringing a family with me on the expeditions, my character's motivation is to eventually do so.

It looks like everyone's characters are developed just fine: all we need to do is actually write out their stats, now. I want to talk with everyone as a group once everyone's characters are done. Currently, the start time is the 27th, but depending on how things go, I might start earlier than that during the week (not this week, though).
I am really excited for this campaign, and really happy that everyone else seems to be psyched about it, too.

Also, I added a little update to the first post. The important thing to note is the part about alternate class features.

ONE MORE THING: Corr asked me a few days ago about the best human subrace that would apply to the Brevoy area: I still don't have a definite answer, so I'm sticking with Taldane.
HOWEVER, the Paizo forums did give me an interesting tidbit about the accents and dialects of the area: general consensus seems to be that the best fit is Eastern European/Slavic, with something similar to Polish being the most popular. Take that as you will: it will most likely only apply to Corr and Mike, anyways.

Okay, one more addition: starting gold is your starting class' max gold, plus any additional gold you may have due to campaign traits.
Also, I sent out a mass text to the players about meeting on Monday at around 6 PM for discussion about the campaign: if that works for everyone, bring your characters and, at the very least, a brief two sentence description of your character. Also, I shall be premiering Oneechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad for our viewing pleasure.

I spoke with Laura today. She said she would like to play in this game. I game her this thread's link so she would have an idea about the game.

I looked at the features of Obsidian Portal. Unless we buy an account, we can't use the forum feature. That means that we would have to make the threads on this forum if we want to do out of game stuff.

Depending on how the game goes, I might end up buying an account. Until then, we'll continue using this thread for out of character discussion.
I gave invites to Mike and Dave, but I'll need Nate's, Corr's, and Rawr's emails.

Finished the summary of the first session. I'd like to add quotes from our game session that everybody liked, so remind me of some of them.
EDIT: Also, I'm making pages for all of the characters, so I want to know if there's anything you want in the wiki. I think that if you're a member of the game, you can alter your own character... maybe.

...or we can make our own characters, which makes them show up by player login on the main page, as well! ^_^
