Appearance: Of average height for her race, Kasandra stands about 5'6" tall, and would be slightly over 10' from head to tail tip were she to stretch out. Her upper body is a light blue, while her snake half is a deep shimmering blue reminiscent of sapphires. She wears a relatively simple deep blue vest trimmed in gold, and on her forehead rests a fair sized unblemished facet cut sapphire of the purest deep blue, set in gold. On her right wrist is a fairly simple gold bracelet, once again set with tiny blue sapphires. All of this though is generally ignored when faced with her natural beauty the likes of which, though she won't claim, many say is nearly unparrallelled in all the lands. Her gaze alone some say is enough to make men crawl all over themselves for her affections... the ones that can get over her being a snake woman anyway.
History: Not much is known of her history, just like most Lamia. She is a fairly new member of the Kaisho order, serving under them as a negotiator and translator, as she is well known for speaking many languages and is well versed in dealing with others, her natural beauty adding to her charismatic nature.

Unmistakeable: Through some quirk of their genetic lineage, Lamia are terrible at hiding their identity with disguises. Any disguise checks are made at a -10 penalty and any illusions to hide who and what they are have a DC of 10 less than usual to resist.
Siren's Lure: Lamia are beautiful creatures that are able to channel this beauty directly onto others. Whereas Half-Oni females seduce, Lamia outright charm their victims. Up to 3 times per day a Lamia can attempt to Charm Person (as per the spell) at a DC of 10 + HD + CHA Mod as a standard action. Those who fail the save are subjected to the effects for a duration of hours equal to the CHA Mod. The range is 25 feet and the victim must be in a line of sight with the Lamia. Unlike Charm Person, spell resistance does not apply to Siren's Lure. Many Lamia use this ability to acquire things for much cheaper prices, to slink past guards, and for other devious purposes. Those who succeed the save are immune to any Lamia's Siren Lure for the remainder of the day and Lamia sometimes use this ability as a 'marker' to ward off potential competition from their sisters.
Rapid Burst: Lamia are capable of incredible bursts of speed a number of times per day equal to their CON Mod (minimum of once per day). As a free action, Lamia can accelerate their movespeed (of all types) to an additional +10 Feet for 3 rounds. This is quite frequently used as an escape mechanism.
Serpent Dance: Once per day a Lamia can generate a major image (as per the spell, fifth level caster) by hypnotically swaying and shaking their serpentine bodies. This is a mind effect that does not allow spell resistance and only effects humanoids. The Lamia is capable of taking full move actions and maintaining concentration, her movements only adding to the swaying dance. Serpent Dance is the only illusion that receives no penalty for disguising or hiding a Lamia's identity.
