The quasit out of his reach, Cale moves to attack the last snake.

Lorania quickly moves over to the Sinspawn and stabs it. Malik, unsure of what to do, looks over the situation and waits. Beric fires again at the quasit, his arrow clattering harmlessly off of the ceiling before falling and landing near Lorania (arrow is retrievable). Cale moves over and slashes at the final snake, and it falls to the ground unmoving. The Sinspawn once again collapses to the ground. The final snake disappears into nothingness. The quasit shifts her position once again, still focused on Beric. She throws her tiny dagger at him, slashing him with the tiny blade. Beric takes 2 damage from the quasit's tiny dagger. | Initiative: ->Malik Lorania Beric Cale Enemies |
[ooc] Beric's Judgement ability has already been expended in exchange for the Bardic Music ability used before the conversion. This was part of the retroactive conversion to change from Bard to Inquisitor during the rules conversion. See the ooc section of this post HERE [/ooc]

Lorania takes advantage of the quasit's focus on Beric. She moves around the pool to Malik's side, "Don' fidget t' much, ya have somethin' I want back." She removes the ranseur from his pack and attempts to quickly remove the torch from the weapon's end.

Unable to attack the Quasit still; Cale moves over and quickly drives his sword through the Sinspawn's head, ensuring that it is completely down for good this time.
13+6=19 to hit 4+4 = 8 damage

After Lorania takes the Ranseur from his pack, Malik moves up to the ledge above, near the back edge against the wall to get a better angle for his sling.
Attack: Nat 1.... fucking hell....

Flinching from the blow, a thin line of blood oozes down Beric's exposed left wrist. He ignores the pain as best he can, reaching into the quiver to find another shaft, drawing quickly on the bow and hoping his aim is true.
[Attack Roll: 14+5=19; Damage Roll: 1d8(3)+4=7]
[Apologies on the judgement, it had been awhile since we discussed that. Also! I assume it is too late to retcon my earlier shot, but I forgot to include the +1 attack bonus for the masterwork bow into my earlier shot at the Quasit. It should have been 14+3(Dex)+1(Point Black Shot)+1(Masterwork Bow)=19. I will be sad if that would have confirmed.]

Lorania moves to Malik and retrieves the ranseur. She will need to spend a bit of time untying the rope and removing the torch. Malik, regaining his focus, attempts to lob a stone at the quasit. He misses, but his intense focus on his target leaves him open to assault. Beric fires again at the quasit, his arrow once again clattering harmlessly off of the ceiling before falling and landing in the pool near Cale. Cale moves over and stabs at the fallen sinspawn, attempting to be sure it will stay down. The Sinspawn stays down, but this doesn't seem to have stopped it earlier. The quasit's dagger suddenly flies back from where it landed near Beric and into her hand. She then moves away from Cale and tosses it again at Beric, him being the only one that seems to be focusing their attention on her. Her dagger hits once again, leaving another small gash. Beric takes 2 damage from the quasit's tiny dagger. [ Critical Fumble] Tunnel Vision: For 3 rounds Malik gets a +1 on attacks but is flat-footed. | Initiative: Lorania Malik Beric Cale Enemies |

A second cut opens up, rising from his lip up to his left ear. Finding his shots erring, Beric begins to chant softly, ensuring that his next shot will land true. He then turns to look for the dagger of the Quasit, moving to step on it with all of his weight so that it cannot return to the Quasit's hand.
[Beric casts True Strike.]

With a low curse in druidic, Malik throws down his sling in anger and suddenly rushes forward at a run, stepping lithley past the edge of the pool of water, hopping lightly mid run to hop the ledge, he plants a foot on the ledge and leaps straight out, growling wordlessly as he attempts to grab the floating Quasit and rip it from the sky, hoping to catch it by surprise since it is concentrating on Beric.
Acrobatics (Setting up the Jump): 17+3=20 Acrobatics (Jump check): 18+3=21 Attack (grapple?): 18+1+2(charge)+1(tunnel Vision)=22
[ooc] -Crosses fingers that he actually gets the damn thing and doesn't just fall to the ground and get knocked out by his own foolishness-[/ooc]

[ooc] Malik's leap at the quasit is effective, and he will manage to bring the quasit down to the ground (or water as it may be). The full results of the jump/fall, and Malik's current condition have yet to be determined. Because this might alter Beric or Cale's actions I am posting this status update before the full round results... [/ooc]

Cale turns at the suddenly reachable Quasit: "Your turn." and brings his bastard sword stabbing towards the creature.

With some regret for ruining a good rope, Lorania rips it from the ranseur, letting the torch fall to the ground. Moving forward she attempts a stab at the creature with the unfamiliar weapon. (14+2-4= 12 to hit, 3+2+3= 8 damage)

[This changes my earlier action]
Beric lays down his bow for a moment and draws his rapier instead, moving in next to Malik and the Quasit.

Lorania quickly removes the torch and lets it fall to the stone floor, she then steps up into the pool and swings the ranseur at the quasit. Her attack runs wide and awkward and has little effect. Malik runs up and over the ledge, managing to clear the gap and tackle the quasit midair. She manages to claw at Malik as he invades her space, but this does nothing to prevent his assault. Although his mind begins to get foggy with the damage he has taken, he manages to keep hold and bring the quasit down to the ground. The drop, however, is too much and he falls unconscious from the impact. Beric steps on the dagger and casts his spell to try and ensure his success in his next attack. Cale steps forward and stabs at the quasit while she is lying in the pool, struggling to get away from Malik's unconscious body. The tiny dagger presses against Beric's boot, but will not move as the magic is not powerful enough to escape the weight of his conscious effort to keep it in place. [ooc] you didn't know at the time, but at this point it wouldn't have returned to her anyway because of her "unforseen" movement [/ooc] The quasit, screaming with fury at the sudden assault, squirms against the heavy human and eventually manages to get free, she swings wildly at the one who attacked her, but makes no contact. Malik takes 2 damage from the quasit's claw, contracting a poison along with it. The poison deals 2 dexterity damage. Finally, the fall deals 4 nonlethal damage to him, rendering him unconscious in the shallow pool. | Initiative: Lorania Malik Beric Cale Enemies |
[ooc] Malik is now unconscious in the pool, he is in danger of drowning as well as being highly vulnerable to attack [ooc]
