Raising a hand he lifts the hat up a bit with one finger, lettings his gaze wander over to Vrodash. "Oh, I'm just having a bit of fun. Wouldn't expect you all to beat me back anyway. Lighten up there Vrodash." With that he lets the hat fall back down and goes back to his original position, waiting for the rest of the group to finish entering.

[Flin takes 10 on Move Silently getting a 40 for those who care, and moves into position before suppressing his Invisibility]
Flin seems to appear carelessly balanced on the back of on of the chairs, the positioning gives leaves him roughly at the same level as everyone else, even with his small stature.
He remains silent.

Jed and Denny cackle and giggle there way inside, not talking to anyone else but each other, and that is but a whisper and a laugh.
Jed nods his head at Ahriman upon entering, and looks perplexed.
"Should I tell him, Denny?"
"Up to you, hoss. Not like it's a secret."
"Well, it kinda is. I mean, only you and me and maybe Flin and Shadow know about it, though I don't think those two understand it like you and me."
"The question is, is it something that Vrtra should know?"
"Oh yes, true. Her Specterous Sultana should probably be aware, shouldn't she? Fine. Ahriman? Ohhhh, Ahriiiiimaaaan!" Jed floats over and turns upside down so his head is level with Ahriman's face, but his feet are sticking straight up towards the ceiling. "That man thingy that Flin, Shadow and I met? There was only one of him... physically. But he had several lives within him, that made me think he was a them. Looked like an abberation, mixed with a human, and... something else. I forgot. I'm sure I'll remember at some point. Denny, do you remember?"
"You never told me the types, Hoss. We only figured out what you meant by a them a bit ago."
"Ah well, when I remember, I'll tell you, shall I, Ari?" With that, Jed starts to floats inside... still upside down.
"I hope we're not going far. My feet are tired."
"But you didn't walk anywhere, hoss."
"Oh, then I just hope we don't have to go very far... far... oh!" Jed whips around to stare at Ahriman again. "Farspawn! The last one was a farspawn."
And upon finally remembering, Jed works his way inside to the others, a big smile on his upside down face. The ghostly jester picks a sit of his own and hangs his legs over the back, placing his head on the actual seat.
"Hi, Shadow! What's down?"
"Hoss, don't you mean what's up?"
"Oh no, not the way I'm sitting right now." Jed giggles.

Tipping his hat back with a finger so it rests correctly on his head, he looks at Jed and smirks. "Around here? Probably a bunch of empty graves I'd imagine." Looking around he notices that everyone seems to at least be in the room, whether or not they have taken a seat.
Bored of waiting for them all he reaches into the backpack at his side and begins pulling out leather bags, tied shut, tossing them onto the table one by one, in front of all the occupied chairs, tossing one into an unoccupied chair for anyone who hasnt been seated yet. After he is done there are 6 bags in total on the table, one for each Exarch. "There is everyones share of the loot." Lifting a 7th bag from his backpack he raises it just above table level so it can be seen, showing that it is the same size and shape as the others, before dropping it casually back in and flipping the top on his backpack closed. "I already got mine as well." Glancing over at Flin and Jed he adds. "And Vrtra took that nice suit of armor we found for her own personal collection, so no dice on selling it for a bigger chunk of cash." Looking to make sure everyone seems satisfied for the moment, he tips his hat back down over his eyes, crosses his arms, and goes back to his original position, his eyes slit just barely under the hat, keeping a close eye on his bag.
[ooc] There is precisely 6 bags with 2500 GP in each bag. One bag for each Exarch, with an exception for LordNutari's character who was not with us and, in fact, has not been introduced yet. Speaking of that he mentioned to me he may be dropping out of the Xorvintaal game, so dont expect his character to be introduced. The various minions of each person did NOT receive a share the way that Shadow divided the money. Figure you all can spend your own cash on your lackeys. Complaints..well feel free to state them in character. [/ooc]

"Shinies! Baubles! Doodadamarangs!" Jed rights himself into a more casually acceptable sitting position and pours some of his gold out onto the table. Not alot, but enough that he can pass his hands through it.
Literally. He stacks some of the coins up and passes his hand right through the stack. This keeps him amused and occupied for quite some time.

Vrodash takes the bag in front of him, opening it for a moment to look inside, then closing it again and placing it in the bag on his hip.
{Bratovich opens the bag and presidigitates the total of the money. Yes - he's in my bag.0}

Zoken had walked in with everyone else and took his share of the loot. "Hmm... Not much, but that was a pretty easy mission." He sat down in a chair, his halberd leaning against the table. "So, anything else for us today?"

Flin silently moves his loot sack into his backpack, where it proceeds to effectively disappear. "Yes, I suppose it was easy for you" He continues to wait patiently in his previous position.
((OOC: btw, I did mention, though only in passing, that the figure had "friends" but seeing as how Flin had no idea what the things were he probably did not expound to much on the fact unless questioned...))

Smiling under his hat, he kicks his legs off the table, letting the chair finally thump to floor on all four feet, planting his feet under the table, his right hand idly hanging beside the chair, resting on his backpack, as he shifts to get comfortable in the chair. Tipping his hat back onto his head, he looks around the group. "Well, I believe they said something about calling them when we wanted to hear about more missions.... And I'm not personally one to sit around lazily much... would prefer to be up doing something. So, if no one really objects to hearing our options...With of course, plans to take a short rest before we actually pursue any of them.." With a devilish grin on his face he looks around, his left hand in his pocket clasping the Vrtra medallion. "Oh Elisabetha........" he calls out, his smirk, if anything, getting larger as he does so.
[ooc] If anyone speaks up against hearing our options, Shadow will refrain from calling Elisabetha to hear our current mission selection. Just a note.[/ooc]

Kir'orr'mok slowly walks in and shortly after is joined by an animated corpse. With a slow but steady manner the nezumi makes his way over to a satchel and casts prestidigitation to count it. He then orders his undead servant to take the gold back to his room. Sitting down at the table, he crosses his legs and with perfect posture says to Shadow, "You realize you look absolutely ridiculous sitting in your chair with your hat over your face. With that said, thank you for dividing the gold."

Rolling his eyes at Kir'orr'mok, Shadow smirks at him "Remind me to short you on gold next time, would you?" before going back to waiting on Elisabetha to appear.

Ahriman enters the room slowly at a careful pace grinning slightly at Shadow as he enters... "Expecting your dear Drow Vampire Shadow? I'm sorry, she's informed me that she has manners concerning 'real men' to deal with, you'll simply have to wait for her deliciously beautiful presence until another time." He nods to the group and then goes into the reason he is present.
"You have all done well so far and there are many more tasks at hand. It seems our enemies have begun to move and that we too must take a more active hand in things. Our Queen, in her infinite wisdom, has decided that the following issues must be settled before we can advance any larger plans. Each of you, as an Exarch of our Queen Vrtra, must choose and weigh your options carefully as to which, if any, of these goals, missions, and issues, you'd like to take care of first." He drawls out slowly, making sure everyone is paying attention to him in an all-to-teacher-like manner.
He continues: "While I'm sure many of you are aware of how this works I will specify again, as are my instructions, some important specifics. Handling one issue will not solve the others, and it may bring forth several more in it's completion. Never forget that we are the servants of a Xorvintaal dragon and that we are but pieces on a large chess board with many players. Now, the assignments our Queen gave me to offer up to you are as follows..."
With that he snaps his fingers and a scroll appears bearing characters in Draconic. Ahriman reaches into a pocket, withdraws a pair of spectacles, dons them on his ancient face, and reads aloud after clearing his throat in a dusty coughing manner.
"First up,... a D Rank Defensive. Recently, rumors are circulating on outlying villages in our territory that a number of interlopers have been seen abducting or murdering townsfolk. Now, Vrtra is not one to... ah... 'give a damn', about such matters, but the rumors say a great deal. It is said that these interlopers are incredibly agile, wield rapiers with great finesse, and have silver or gold features and armor. Your assignment is threefold: go to the outlying town of Vranesh and discover the veracity of these rumors, first of all. Secondly, if these rumors are true, you are to eradicate these interlopers without mercy. Finally, if there were interlopers at all, you are to discern their origins and report it back to myself or Elisabetha. If it turns out the villagers are spreading lies and rumors for no reason, discern the truth of it and it's origins as well. Even though they are barely above the level of cattle, Vrtra sees a need for them and thus, troublemakers must be removed."
He rolls the scroll up, sets it on a table, and withdraws another with a snap of the fingers.
"The next mission on the list, is a C Rank Investigation. An abandoned mountain monastery just outside of Vrtra's territory has recently shown activity again after a lull of nearly three years. Originally, this monastery was a sort of relay-station for Urgash and his fiendish followers. However, an internal dispute brought the place to a state of ruin and it has been abandoned ever since. The mountain monastery, called Teristeram, has recently been seen having multiple visitors. Whether these are mere adventurers seeking treasure, or agents of another dragon is unknown... but we cannot turn a blind eye to such a potential problem. You are to investigate Teristeram, securing any valuables or information and rooting out any unwanted residents. It is unsure what awaits you in that desecrated monastery but it would be advised you pursue anti-demonic or fiendish preparations. You will report to myself alone upon the completion of this mission, Elisabetha is not suited for what promises to be a largely arcane and demonically-oriented find if there is anything to be found at all."
He rolls that scroll up as well, places it on the table, and snaps his fingers producing yet another.
"The last mission available to you is a C Rank Offensive. This 'Raubahn' character you encountered recently is unknown to us. We are unaware of his origins, his powers, or whom he serves. You are to seek out information from either the Glass Libraries in Danokayth's frigid northlands, or to inquire within Rufarnd's lands as to any rumors regarding him. Danokayth will not welcome you and you would be advised to keep a low profile. Rufarnd will not care, but if he takes notice, treat his emissary with respect and perhaps you will learn what you need to know from Rufarnd's allies directly. Return to myself or Elisabetha any information gained about this 'Raubahn' and any information regarding that 'shard' he was after. We cannot allow someone to so easily enter and leave with something that could conceivably have been ours... although your decision was correct to not engage him on sight. Clearly he is powerful, we must know more about who he is, who he serves, and what he is after... then... we will make plans to teach them the arrogance of their actions."
He rolls it up and sets it down with the others.
"These are your current assignments. None are pressing issues, all begin the moment you agree and select a scroll. You have as much preparation time as you need before setting out on any mission as well. The scrolls themselves provide detailed maps to each of the locations you might need to travel to. Good luck, Exarchs of Vrtra."
With that he turns and leaves, not allowing another word and drilling in his (constantly reminded to you) belief that Exarchs should be crafty enough to figure things out on their own.

Smiling still he just shakes his head at Arhiman's comment, chuckling softly to himself, before regarding the scrolls. "Well, im definately not up for another 'go here, kill interlopers' mission.. just not my style.. not in large numbers anyway..And as much fun as it sounds to go loot some abandoned monestary...well from Arhi's comments I dont think I care, personally, to clash with the Arcane arts or demons." Having nixed out the first two, he turns his attention to the last one. "Now this one on the other hand..it intrigues me, as does that Rauhbahn fellow.. and I'm just itching to find out more about him. So, since it seems we ARE allowed to split up on these missions if we care to.. I think I'll be going on this one, alone if I have to. My instincts just tell me we need to know about this guy." And with that he calmly sits back in his seat, giving the others time to think, wanting to hear who, if any, are planning on joining him on the third mission.

"Yes, I agree with you, Shadow. The first mission presented seems below most of us. The second two both sound reasonable, but I do think that C Ranked missions hardly deserve all of us to accomplish. We should be able to finish both of them at the same time. I will agree to work towards either, as need be. At least one of us with knowledge of the arcane arts and planar workings should aid the investigation, however. Would anyone care to volunteer?"

Perking up slightly he looks around.. "I wouldn't understimate Raubahn.... I have a feeling that mission might not be ranked quite so accurately...." With that he lapses back into silence.
