Malik will pretty much follow suit with Cale, staying out of the actual interrogation, but staying nearby incase any of his services are needed, and to hear any information garnered from the prisoner. Also, when Cale pulls the vial out Malik gets a curious look on his face. "May I see that for a moment?" Holding his hand out he waits for the vial, upon receiving it he snifs it a few times, trying to discern what might have been in it.
Cale & Malik: Malik looks at the used vial, trying to discern what it may have contained. However, his best efforts prove fruitless, there is simply not enough to identify. It is evident that it contained a small amount of red'ish liquid, more than likely a potion of some sort.
Listening in on the interrogation isn't hard, the goblin shrieks in terror when it first awakes, struggling at the ropes and manacles that bind it. However, most of the questioning is useless, it is quite obvious that this was not a leader of any sort. A few excerpts:
Sheriff Hemlock asks why the goblins came to Sandpoint. "Bizby told to come in. have fun, kill longshanks, use fires and burn things! eeheehee!" Its laughing is quickly silenced by Sheriff Hemlocks grim stare and a loud slam as he hits the table.
He takes out a paper and an inkpen, starting to write a few notes. "No! no, write down! Stealing, words, NOOoo! Stealing Bizby name..." At this point the goblin breaks out into a panic, struggling furiously at the ropes, then breaks down sobbing, followed by another bout of thrashing. Sheriff Hemlock stops writing, and puts the pen down. The goblin looks at the blank paper, its overly large eyes wet with tears. "Bizby no know leader... not Goblin, no..."
Sheriff Hemlock asks more about this leader. "Not Goblin, not one of us. One of you longshanks," The goblin coughs, almost like it tasted something bad. Then its eyes light up and it begins to grin, "Bizby know secret! Bizby be let go, Bizby tell longshank secret mission! Yes, yes..."
After a bit of consideration, and the goblin's continued attempts to break free of its confinements (almost doing so in fact, but stopped thanks to the manacles). Sheriff Hemlock agrees to the conditions, the goblin tells the sheriff something in low tones, you don't make it out.
He comes out to the two of you and a guardsman takes the goblin away. "Thank you for waiting, we'll hold the little beast for a few days, then release him. I'm a man of my word, and enough blood has been shed by these things today. It shouldn't pose much threat..."
After a short period, the guardsman comes back with the manacles. "Crazy little beast, but he's happy... Are you really gonna let that thing go?" Sheriff Hemlock gives a stern nod, "Yes, but not tonight, we'll discuss it later." Turning back to you, "Thank you again gentlemen, go home and get some rest, I'll be in touch."
It is in fact now getting a bit late, the sun having set even before you arrived at the Garrison.
Lorania/Jubaul: Have handled their current situations over IM.
[ooc] A note, since I forgot to mention it in a post before. Cale recovered the empty vial as well as the Commando's horsechopper in his search of the goblins. The horsechopper does look surprisingly well made for a goblin weapon. [/ooc]

[ooc] I will assume that Malik leaves and goes to sleep... [/ooc]
The rest of the night passes uneventfully, waking up, you all find the town to be gradually returning to normal.
Efforts are put into place to quickly take care of the damage done to the town.
[ooc] You are free to roam about the city, give me a general idea of what you are going to be doing... [/ooc]
[Edit:] If it makes things easier, simply post a time you are going to be getting up around, and what the first major action you will be taking (after you leave where you spent the night, basically). Anything beyond this initial action, will be treated as expectations of what you might try to do...
Basically, I'm going to be giving a summary of what happens, but I don't want to make presumptions of what exactly you will be doing. For now, I'm taking things no faster than a day at a time.
If there are any questions, contact me. If you don't want to post what you do for some reason, do likewise...[/Edit]

Lorania rises early and exits the inn. Walking around a bit she surveys the damage. She then returns to Rusty Dragon for some breakfast. While she eats she takes the vial and pouch taken from the goblin for examination.

Malik wakes around dawn, does a bit of prayer, gets a bite to eat, and then heads to the Sheriff to hear of any new developments. He will ask what information might have been garnered from the goblin about the plans of their afforementioned leader, he will also ask if this is a common occurence (Goblinoid attacks that is), or anything of the like.
Jubaul Heading to Town Hall with Zenovia, you note that things look rather calm, most of the town has been cleaned up of the mess that was created and people seem to be getting back to their daily lives. When you arrive at the town hall, things seem rather busy, it seems that the mayor arrived rather early to get a head start on setting everything straight in town. Arrangements need to be made and affairs set in order. Zenovia helps you find a place you can sit and wait without getting in the way. After a few hours, with a bit of work taken care of, the mayor starts to get ready to leave for the consecration ceremony. Zenovia takes this moment to introduce you. On your way to the chapel, you talk with Mayor Deverin, showing her your willingness to assist. In response she indicates her appreciation for your help and lets you know that she will inform Sheriff Hemlock, who is handling the investigation of the incident. For now, though, she lets you know that the people really need something stable to depend on, your assistance for now is probably best spent keeping a good public face for the people.
Lorania Your early morning exploration notes a bit more work around the town that needs to be finished, but there are some citizens and guardsmen working to finish with the mess. Arriving back at the Rusty Dragon, you have a nice breakfast. Pulling out the items you found, you have a small glass vial and a pouch of coins. The pouch, while not very pleasant to the senses, contains 20 gold pieces. The condition of the coins varies greatly, but most have at least a bit of shine to them and will be worth the same to any merchant. The vial is filled with a pale blue liquid that is almost completely clear. The vial itself is scuffed and worn, but otherwise undamaged. Sitting in the common room, you watch as the tavern's customers come down, eat, and go on their way. In particular, you notice Cale come down near midday, eat a light lunch and then leave. Also, Aldern Foxglove comes down shortly before Cale, greeting you cheerfully, but doesn't sit with you (unless you invite him). You do however notice him look at you quite often, but he simply smiles and continues his meal. After a bit, he too, leaves.
Cale Getting a good night's rest after a long day of goblin slaying, you take your time to get ready for this day. When you come down to the Rusty Dragon's common room, you notice Lorania sitting at a table by herself, as well as Aldern. Aldern greets you cheerfully, and he stays longer than you do. After a quick mid-day meal, you head to the Garrison to speak with the Sheriff. He lets you know that he will contact you if he needs your help, and appreciates your willingness. Afterwards, you go out and start to look around town and gather some information of your own. While you are walking around trying to gather information, you notice some people staring at you, whispering a bit as you pass. At first you take it for nothing, but while you are asking for information, you also overhear some people making comments. In particular a few young women seem to be whispering to each other, when you turn to look at them, they giggle and run away...
Malik You and Freohr have a nice rest, and after your prayers you head down to have breakfast. Garridan greets you simply, his demeanor as straightforward and gruff as it always is. He continues to keep a close eye on your companion, making sure it does not cause any trouble in his inn. You head out to the Garrison to chat with the Sheriff. When you arrive, the Sheriff welcomes you and asks what he can help you with. Going over a few of the details, he informs you that he is still looking into what the cause for the attack was, he lets you know that he will keep you informed if there is anything you can help with. In answer to your particular questions: No, it doesn’t seem like the goblin knows anything about the leader’s mission, and this is not a common occurrence…

Cale gives the girls and his observers a warm smile and continues to work through their whispering and comments but eventually gives in to wondering. Curious but not angered or frustrated Cale tries to kindly ask one of the staff of the library: "I take it I'm an unusual sight around here? Quite a lot of whispering and commenting going on, is there something amiss I'm unaware of?"
If he doesn't get an answer or is brushed off, he'll ask around and try to flag down one of the people commenting or whispering about him and ask the same as above.
Jubaul Walking around town after the small consecration ceremony, people seem to be happily talking about you. A few people even approach you, asking about what happened last night.
Lorania[/u] After talking with Ameiko, you go up to your room and get your cloak and bag to go out around town. When you come back down, Ameiko stops you momentarily, "Y'know, if you give us a good story tonight about what happened last night, it'll be worth a good knock off your tab." She laughs a it and goes back to wiping down the bar. Walking around town, people seem to recognize you, commenting on your part in combating the goblins last night.
Cale Trying to approach any of the girls, they usually dash away, squeeling. Others will ask about your dealings with the goblins last night.
Malik[/u] When you leave the Garrison and are walking around town, you notice people watching you and talking in low tones. At first you takeit for people gawking at Freohr, but after a little bit you realize they referring to you. It seems that news of you and your companions exploits have reached far relatively quickly.
Everyone You all quickly realize you were noticed in your exploits last night, and people are starting to recognize you. Gossip an rumor are bound to start to spread.
Let me know if there is anything in particular you would like to accomplish for the rest of today. If I receive no responses, I will assume you are doing nothing of particular consequence.
Lorania blinks, a bit taken aback. "um, sure. alright." As she wanders she takes the attention in stride with a jaunty grin. In truth however, she is uneasy about the attention. Being well known is not exactly considered a plus in her line of work.
As you go about your day, and evening, it becomes clear that you have become fairly well-known around town. As the mood recovers from the traumatic experience of the previous evening, people start to remember it in an almost comical light. People laugh and share stories about the goblins. Recounting how they saw some accidentally lighting themselves on fire, or drowning in rain barrels that were only half full. Overall, things seem to have recovered rather well from the quite rude interuption at the festival.
Cale When you arive back at your room at the Rusty Dragon, you find a few notes that have been pushed under the door. It seems you have a few secret admirers, they compliment you on your courage and how amazing you are...
The day comes to a close without incident, if there is anything you wish to add specifically to what you do, you can make a note or contact me.
The next day, word reaches each of you that Aldern Foxglove is looking to speak with you, you remember he mentioned he was staying at the Rusty Dragon. He attempts to approach Lorania and Cale before they leave, waiting for Malik and Jubaul to arrive. Once all four of you are present, he smiles brightly and addresses you "Before I return to my townhouse in Magnimar, I wanted to thank you properly for saving me from certain misfortune by the hands of those horrible monsters. I was hoping to go boar hunting in the nearby Tickwood, and I was wondering if you all would like to join me."
