[OOC: Sorry to post after the cut, but I didn't have time to respond beforehand due to needing to go to class... so I will not post anything new, just my responses to what has happened so far, and I will save what I had meant to say until later...] Hawk continues to stand, almost motionless, precisely where he was when Boss Bloom entered the room. When Mr. Bloom spoke to him directly his head immediately snapped towards him to make eye contact. But as is normal form him, it seemed like his eyes were not focusing, like he was looking at something much further away... During the confrontation between Draco and Hunter, he turns his head to watch the two. A slight smirk appears on his face and it widens as the argument begins to heat up, but otherwise he makes no other movement. Hawk's eyes remain unfocused during all of this right up to the point that Hunter decides to show off his skill, at which point they immediately focus in on him and follow his movements across the room. [Spot 37] After Draco's threat of loyalty, Hawk appears to be about to say something... >>Per the Wishes of Phule:<< Hawk sponteously combusts, taking 100d4 damage (135 total), no reflex save. Those of you with Spellcraft identify this spell as 'Curse of DM Request Rule Breaker', and know that it only happens when someone doesn't listen carefully.
Hawk's twin brother, who happens to be named Hawk, immediatly appears in old-Hawk's place, and no one remembers differently.>>Per the amusement of the Lord of Blades:<< lol ownage.No, you get no amusement from me being 14 time zones away. --And as a note, I specifically both apologized and did these reactions before your post to prevent meta-gaming...

(As loath as I am to backtrack, let us cover some things.)
One minute ago
Mr. Black
”… But please, Lieutenant, it's Mr. Black. Please get it right. Only my friends get to call me differently."
“Oh, but I so wanted us to be friends, Mr. Black.” Plattcher can’t keep a straight face as he says this, but he tries. The Lieutenant looks up and squints above the rooftops. “Getting close to sunset. Not that I’d ever wanna make Bloom hurry up, but Barracks #4 will be expecting me back by then, and this… delivery should be dealt with quickly.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
old-Hawk and Draco
Climbing up the sewage covered steel hooks that serve as the ladder, Hawk and Draco make it inside easily, with only a passing nod to the four Orchids who are casually sitting around the grate, their weapons within easy reach. One of them sniffs the air, and mentions, “Yous two should go inna the main room. Burpp and Gunzio is dead, and Boss ain’t happy.”
They make their way into the main section of the warehouse, passing rooms and living quarters, down hallways, and finally out, where they see Hunter just walking in.
"You may want to deal with Plattcher personally Reginald."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Emilia, Hunter, Shade, new-Hawk, Brutus, Bloom and Draco
Reginald bows his way into the darkness as Hunter arrives, a show of acquiesce more to Boss Bloom than to acknowledgment of Hunter’s words.
Within seconds, however, he rematerializes, a needle and a bottle on his silver tray, and he stands next to Emilia. ”Shall we, my lady?”
Short clipped shoe steps begin to move towards the main door, but stop upon Boss Bloom re-entering, and the Bulter to the Bloom waits patiently for everyone’s new orders.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Widowmaker (Quote from previous post, to establish a time line)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Present
Mr. Black
Still not taking his eyes off of the Lieutenant Scabbard, Rhonin’s ears twitch slightly, as he hears a familiar rrrrrrrrrolling of the tongue approach from the main side of the building, and Black hears the door open and close, as three people enter it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Widowmaker
The insect like Orchid, enjoying himself, calls out, "If you can keep up staying away from me like this, you'd be a welcome addition and should join me, but even if you force entry you'll still be a welcome... as a meal... if I'm merciful."
But he isn’t enjoying himself for long. The prey finally responds, “Stupid spider! Scar Cheeks never gonna make deals with Dork-ids!”
Locking onto the sound of his voice, Widowmaker lunges forward, and can feel a chain shirt… slipping away and jumping through the window.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Emilia, Hunter, Shade, new-Hawk, Brutus, Bloom and Draco
The single window in the main warehouse breaks open, and the well sighted among you can see a bemused and befuddled Widowmaker looking down, becoming rather upset.
After a second, everyone in the middle of the room can hear a loud THUMP as something hits the floor roughly. A shimmering on the floor is seen, and a Half-Orc in a chain shirt, his cheek scarred roughly, stands up and opens his side pouch, where he quickly pulls out an armful of bottles.
“Kollo One-Fang says, DIE!” The bottles are thrown up into the air, and the Half-Orc turns to stare murderously at Bloom, his hand going to a throwing axe at his side.
{{I need reflex saves from everyone. Don’t roll 1s. Seriously. I’ll laugh at you, and see to it that everyone else does too. I also need initiative from everyone.
This is merely a formality. The person with the highest initiative gets to have the first chance at killing this idiot. He took a lot more damage from the fall than I wanted him to.}}
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mr. Black
Something on the roof breaks with a loud crash, and Plattcher's relaxed body snaps up to attention, reaching for his sword. Suddenly, all thoughts of the noble wannabe halfling are forgotten.
"What in Spectra's grave was that!?"
Spinning on his heel, he seems incredulous that a scarface would do something so..stupid. Amateur... he thinks to himself, as he casually dodges the flying bombs (Reflex 19+8(I think)=27). Preparing himself to charge, he considers how mercilessly he will kill this intruder. (Initiative 20+3(I think)=23. Woo for my first two rolls with my little bitty metal die I got at gencon.)
Shade looking up lazily, rolls into action, jumping up and moving out of the path of the bottles flying through the air. (Reflex rolled an 18+5=23) His shadow looming out, it grows twelve feet tall, and sweeps a elongated arm at the orc, sweeping through him. (12+10=22 touch atk) (6+8=14) Then it strikes again, (5+10=15) with its other odd arm, a chill shivering the orc to the bone. (8+7=15) (init 20+4) (PS: This is pending, my action if I do get to go first..since normally I don`t log on often nowadays.) (Also, Yay for having hardcopies of characters wrote down!)
Draco's eyes opened wide as the Orc fell from above. He tried to glance at the bottles as they were in the air, but decided that it'd probably be better to get out of the way. Draco turned away from the vial and tried to duck, hoping that anything that might occur behind him involved fire.
Hawk's first reaction to pretty much anything nearby is drawing his hand crossbow, and this is no exception. As soon as the window shatters he moves to ready his weapon, forgetting anything he was about to say or do. His first and only reaction is to take out the threat...
It was a matter of trained reflexes for the ninja. He leaned forward and spun around quickly, looking up towards the building's roof. Instinctively, his kusarigama was drawn to his hand, its true form revealed with a quick snap of the wrist. "I don't know what that was, but be ready, Lieutenant." Krasus allowed himself to fade into the shadows he had carefully placed himself in earlier. His knees bent a little towards a combat ready posture, narrowing his eyes.
The Boss maintains his composure as always, gracefully evading the attack, while turning to the new threat.
After dodging out of the way of any danger and seeing that Boss Bloom is alright, Brutus looks directly at the soon to be dead intruder. With a sinister gleam in his eyes, he stampedes directly towards the half-orc.
Initiative Order for inside:
Shade Widowmaker Brutus Hunter Axe Half-orc Bloom Hawk Draco Emilia
Initiative Order for outside:
Mr. Black Quiet Half-Orc Dumb Half-Orc Human Lt. Plattcher
Inside the Hideout, Warehouse Floor
With a presence of overwhelming darkness, Shade lives up to his name as his very shadow attacks. The half-orc is brutalized from both shadowy attacks as the floor all around explodes in unnatural fire.
The bottles break, and it seems that many Crimson Orchids are badly burned, however some manage to twist this way and that, moving out the way of the flames.1 Several new members, however, become drenched in the off-orange fire that spreads from the strange beakers that the Half-Orc threw far and wide into the air.
Though it is no solace at all, the Half-Orc appears to be in bad shape, bruises all over his body.
{{Widowmaker, you are up. The window is 50 ft. high, and Axe Half-Orc is roughly 50ft. away from the wall under the window.}}
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Outside the Hideout
"Lookie here, boys, an Orchie and a Scabbie." Three menacing figures appear from the alleys, quickly surrounding Mr. Black and Lt. Platcherr.
"Muss be ur luck-ee day, hur hur." Menacing figure number one is a large half-orc who holds a great club like he knows how to use it... but doesn't know much else.
"That it is, boys, that it is. The Boss'll be happy to see 'em both dead." The same voice as before, the first one to speak, comes from menacing figure number two, a large human with muscles that impress Mr. Black in a certain way2 Long associating in the gang world marks him as the current leader of these three men.
The last menacing figure is another half-orc, who is wielding another great club. He remains silent.
Lt. Plattcher draws his sword, and the threatening presence shines in his eyes once more... not that these thugs see it. "Mr. Black, I'm feeling a memory blank coming up. I think I'm gonna forget what happens between now and oh, about 30 seconds from now. Shouldn't take you and I any longer than that."
{{Mr. Black, you is up. Bring upon the pain. To your right is Dungo the Dumb one, to the left is Plattcher with Quiet Half-Orc on his left, and straight in front of you is the Human, who also, for sake of conformity, wields a great club.}}
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1{{All PCs make the save (DC 15 for full damage); Draco, Emelia, and Brutus take 10 partial damage for rolling under 20; Everyone else takes nothing.}}
2{{In a 'he-works-out-when-he's-not-busy-beating-people-up' way. Most likely, the next impression in Mr. Black's head is along the lines of 'but-he's-not-as-good-at-beating-people-up-as-I-am, so-why-don't-I-go-ahead-and-prove-that-to-him', though we won't really know for certain.}}
I approve the new '2-day Ghosting' rule, so if you don't post, I'm gonna move you along. In a fight, that means Delaying, unless I know your character would OBVIOUSLY do something else.
Widowmaker cringes as he sees the fires emerge. (Eww... the Boss isn't gonna be pleased with that one... eh?) He turns his head slight at hearing a very idiotic sounding laugh and notices the situation outside from his spot on the window. (Oh-ho, now THIS is too much. First someone gets by me, then they attack a Scabbard AND one of our members? Oh it's gonna be a blooooody day). Widowmaker's mouth involuntarily curls into a vicious predatory grin. (First things first, the orc. Then I can tell the Boss that some cavalry is needed outside as well.)
Widowmaker hurries down the wall (65ft. per move) towards the orc and throws a blindingly fast fist towards him when he gets in range.
(Moved into range and attacked once at 16+10=26 for 2d6+5. These are approximated as recollections from WebRPG profiler as I have not yet remade my character, but did not wish to delay the game too much while I did so. I have rounded down from what I remember, so if anything I should be shortchanging myself. That way I don't "accidentally" have a +19 STR bonus or some nonsense.)
Widowmaker moves down the wall and gets fifteen feet closer to the orc, fists at the ready to do some punching.
{{50ft down the wall, 15 feet across the floor for 65 ft. Also, though you told me what kind of damage dice you do, you didn't actually roll them, lol. Next up is Brutus, who is rougly 25 ft. away, since he 'stampeded towards the intruder' and got closer as the bottle hit the ground. Have at whenever, Nate.}}[/color]
Brutus seems not to notice the fire burning his skin as he races toward the half-orc. As the distance between him and his target is quickly closes, Brutus raises a massive hand to his shoulder and, putting his weight into the attack, strikes the intruder with a bone crushing forearm to the chest. Through all this his features slowly starting to change, gaining an inhuman look.
The Half-Orc recoils from the blow, but remains standing. In what seems unthinkable, what with Brutus raining down upon him, he is still reaching for the axe at his side.
{{Hunter is up.}}
